NANCY TRINGALI PIHO: MY TWO-YEAR-OLD EATS OCTOPUS     NOON In My Two-Year-Old Eats Octopus: Raising Children Who Love to Eat Everything, mother and food marketing veteran Nancy Tringali Piho addresses why so many children are picky eaters. Piho wondered how this started and, more importantly, how it can it be prevented in young children, or improved when they get older. Today she looks at the question from a new angle, asking everyone from chefs to medical researchers to parents how we can best teach our children to appreciate a variety of foods and flavors.
