WORKSHOP: CHANTING AND DEEP RELAXATION      2-3:30PM

Chanting is a road to relaxing the body and soul, a way to a peaceful inner self. Sound artist and chanter Pinna Joseph presents an afternoon of attention to the breath, deep listening, exploring the voice as an instrument, vocal meditation (connecting with the sound between the sounds), and call-and-response chanting from many world cultures.
