Workshop | Chanting Through Obstacles with Pinna Joseph
As we experience 'stuck places' in our daily lives, we can use our voices to move through obstacles to a more open and relaxed space. Today, we'll explore specific seed syllables and chants from a variety of world cultures to gently massage the body, mind, and spirit with the healing power of sound. Chantress, sound artist, Yoga of the Voice™ instructor, and Somatic Sounding™ co-founder Pinna Joseph will conduct this workshop. No previous singing experience required.
