Slow Food Phoenix presents Deborah Madison and Urban Farmer Greg Peterson in an early-morning orchard walk and tasting in celebration of Deborah’s new book Seasonal Fruit Desserts: From Orchard, Farm, and Market.

Deborah and Greg will discuss planting fruit trees in the Valley, harvesting your bounty, and turning it into simple, seasonal desserts that best express the character of the fruit.
