Join the Arts and Business Council of Greater Phoenix for Holiday Shopping & Tea at Changing Hands and Hoodlums Records. A percentage of all of A&BC patron's purchases on this day will be donated to the organization. When making your purchase, please say you are "with the Arts & Business Council" to activate the donation. Remember books and music are lasting gifts.
Shopping all day 9am - 9pm.
