Chanter, sound artist and Yoga of the Voice™ instructor Pinna Joseph presents a time of approaching inner quietude and developing a deep sense of listening through attention to breathing, vocal meditation (connecting with the sound between the sounds), exploring the voice as an instrument, and call-and-response chanting from many world cultures.
