Called "the ultimate climbing machine" by Men's Journal, preeminent
alpinist Ed Viesturs has summitted Mount Everest seven times, most recently
in May 2009. Four years ago he completed an even more ambitious, 16-year
quest to climb the 14 highest mountains in the world without supplemental
oxygen. Join this legendary mountaineer as he shares his awe-inspiring
experiences.
Changing Hands will sell Viesturs' books Himalayan Quest, K2: Life and Death on the World's Most Dangerous Mountain, and No Shortcuts to the Top. Viesturs will sign books following the presentation.
