Yiskah is an eleven-year-old girl who lives in the time of Avraham Avinu (Abraham our forefather), 
in a village called Charan. 
She has just found out that 
she and her family will be leaving their home to go to a new land -- where exactly, no one knows. 
Along the way, Yiskah must learn 
to trust her own strengths, 
to stand up for her beliefs, 
and to go after her dreams.
