ABOUT THE CONCERT
Join international world jazz flute recording artist and storyteller, Gary Stroutsos, as he pays homage to one of his mentors master Jazz artist Paul Horn, who passed away at the age of 84.

"I promised Paul before he passed I would keep his music and teachings going in a good way" states Gary.

This once in a lifetime concert will feature Matthew Nelson on world percussion and Mark Rein'l-Bautista on acoustic bass. The trio will feature music from Paul Horn and Gary's extensive catalog of world flute music.

ABOUT THE PERFORMER
GARY STROUTSOS is a world music recording and storytelling artist with over 40 international releases, many made on location in environments as diverse as the plains of the Dakotas and the canyon lands of the Southwest. His most recent work—the soundtrack to Desert Dreams: Celebrating Five Seasons In The Sonoran Desert—is featured on Arizona PBS.
