ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Susan Weis-Bohlen is a Chopra-certified Ayurvedic practitioner, cooking instructor, and meditation teacher with more than a dozen years of experience coaching clients to natural, sustainable health through Ayurvedic practice. She proudly serves on the board of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and is the founder of Breathe Ayurveda. Her first book, The Ayurveda Beginner’s Guide has been published in five languages. Susan lives with her husband and their three dogs in the woods outside Baltimore, Maryland.
ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Deborah Garland is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and founder of Eternal Radiance Ayurveda in Phoenix, AZ. In addition to her clinical Ayurveda practice, she creates artisanal Ayurvedic beauty and lifestyle products. She has practiced Ayurveda, in concert with yoga, pranayama, and Vedic spirituality for over 25 years. Deborah is the author of two books, Supreme Breath: Yogi Breathing to Access Higher Life Force Energy, and 365 Ways to Breathe. She is finishing up her third book, Ayurveda: How to Live a Vibrantly Radiant Life, and she’s excited to launch in early 2021.
