This workshop will be hosted online as part of our virtual event series.
From the host: “In this webinar, we will take a pragmatic approach grounded in health psychology. You will learn how to rapidly access your inner calm, no matter where you are and no matter what is happening around you. Lastly, you will leave equipped with a 'mindfulness tool-kit' that you can draw from at any time to access calm and improve your quality of life."
