Attorney and Bill of Rights expert Robert McWhirter presents the next in his ongoing series about President Trump and the Constitution.

As Trump claims to "make America great again," he finds himself repeatedly bumping up against the greatest charter of government on earth: The United States Constitution. ​

Tonight, attorney and Bill of Rights expert Robert McWhirter leads a presentation and question-and-answer session about what the Constitution really says about what Trump wants to do.

Topics will include the Constitutionality of getting Tax Returns, the Mueller Report, Can a Sitting President be Charged with a Crime, Trump the Constitutional and Lawyers, and whatever else will come up from the headlines and Twitter.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Attorney ROBERT MCWHIRTER is an award-winning, internationally recognized speaker and author on trial advocacy, immigration law, and the history of The Bill of Rights. He is a certified Specialist in Criminal Law with the State Bar of Arizona and first chair qualified to defend capital cases by the Arizona Supreme Court. Fluent in Spanish, McWhirter has extensively taught comparative criminal procedure and trial advocacy in Latin America. In 2010-11, he served in El Salvador, administering an $11M USAID project to reform the justice system, overseeing programs and trainings for the Salvadoran courts, police, prosecutors and public defenders. McWhirter's previously published book, The Criminal Lawyer's Guide To Immigration Law: Questions and Answers (ABA, 2006), was extensively quoted in 2010 by Justice Alito in Padilla vs. Kentucky. Mr. McWhirter is currently in private practice doing criminal defense.
