When bookseller Francis Neville stumbles upon an unidentifiable grimoire in a book trade, his curiosity gets the better of him. Taking his work home with him proves to have profound consequences for Francis, his brother, and his friends. It turns out that the book is a hot commodity and there are people who are desperate to get their hands on it – people who may not be people at all. Set in a used bookstore in Phoenix, The First Annual Bookburners Convention
