Christina Vo: "Discover the Power of Words"

Embark on an inspiring workshop led by memoirist Christina Vo, as she shares the invaluable tools she discovered during the pandemic to nurture her writing process and helped her finish her manuscript.
Based on her experience writing and publishing her first memoir (The Veil Between Two Worlds), she will share the connective power of writing—and innumerable benefits—beyond publication that Christina discovered through her journey. Engage in a writing exercise that will help explore the deeper blocks that are holding you back from committing to your writing, followed by an introspective discussion.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Christina Vo is a writer and multifaceted professional, known for her diverse professional experiences and unique approach to storytelling. Born to Vietnamese refugees in America in Connecticut, Christina spent her formative years navigating the intersections of her mixed cultural heritage. She pursued a career with international organizations, working in various roles in Vietnam and Switzerland, beginning with an internship at UNDP in Hanoi, followed by working as a communications officer for UNICEF where she helped develop a national campaign to fight avian influence, and also working as a community manager for the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Currently, Christina resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she continues to write and explore the interplay of culture, identity, and personal history. Her work reflects her commitment to understanding and sharing the complexities of the human experience.
